All documents sold on PetSitterVault are licensed for personal business use only. This means you may use them for your own pet sitting business, for as many clients as you have, for as long as you are in business.
You may: customize documents with your business name and details, use them with unlimited clients, print them, share them with clients for signing, and save them for your records.
You may not: resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or repackage any document as your own product. You may not upload them to template marketplaces including Etsy or Creative Market. These documents are licensed to one business only. Violation of these terms may result in legal action.
Due to the instant-download nature of digital products we do not offer refunds after download. If you experience a technical issue — a file that will not open, a missing document, or a corrupted file — contact us at support@petsittervault.com and we will resolve it immediately. We stand behind every product we sell.
